Description: At 19:22hrs Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Control mobilised fire crews from Chippenham Fire Station to reports of a property fire in Eastern Avenue, Chippenham. Whilst still on route, Fire Control took multiple calls to the property stating that the property was involved in fire and therefore the decision was made to add an additional fire engine from Corsham Fire Station. Once the first crews from Chippenham were in attendance, they requested for further resources to deal with the fire, with the total number of pumps reaching 9, as well as special support resources including a command support unit, water carrier, British Red Cross vehicle and operational support unit. The crews used 2 breathing apparatus sets, 4 main jets, 2 high-pressure hose reel jets and other equipment to extinguish the fire.
