Unsafe building – Wareham

11th October, 2026 at 12.58pm

We have a crew from Bere Regis and an officer in attendance in South Street, Wareham due to an unsafe structure. A number of properties have been evacuated as a precaution, and the road has been closed from the traffic lights to the Causeway. We were called at 12.58pm (11 October) and expect to leave the scene once a hard road closure is in place.

4pm update: Our stop was at 3.40pm and we have left the incident with Dorset Council.
