'Have a go' event for anyone wanting to be an on-call firefighter in Trowbridge or elsewhere in West Wiltshire. Come along and try a ladder climb, experience wearing breathing apparatus, use hydraulic cutting equipment to cut into a car, and do the equipment carry test. On call support officers and members of staff will be on hand so you can ask questions about joining and what the job involves. Representatives from HR will also be there to answer questions about qualifications and any technical information.
