- Contact details (including address, phone number, email and door entry codes)
- Qualifications (such as food hygiene certificate, DBS number, first aid qualifications)
We also collect the following special category information for delivering the Company for Christmas lunch event:
- Health Data (such as allergies, dietary requirements, disabilities)

We keep this information within a database which is subject to strict security controls to ensure that access is limited to those who need to see it.

We will keep your information until you withdraw consent, after which time it will be securely and permanently destroyed.
