Description: 1:35pm - Crews from Blandford and Sturminster Newton were called to a vehicle fire on the A350 at Blandford Forum. The car ignited and pulled over into a layby where the driver thankfully exited unharmed, before it became fully ablaze. Firefighters arrived on scene quickly and currently have 1 hose reel jet being used by a breathing apparatus wearer to extinguish the flames. The road is closed whilst our crews work on making the scene safe, so please find alternative routes.
