Description: Crews from both DWFRS and our partners in HIWFRS were called to reports of a person hanging onto a tree above the river. When crews arrived they made quick work in putting safety in place whilst they awaited the specialist water rescue teams attendance. Once the specialist water teams arrived, they quickly managed to rescue the casualty out of the water and away from any danger, leaving them in the care of the ambulance service.
