Description: 10:43am - Crews from Christchurch and Springbourne were called to a hedge fire that spread to damage the outside of 2 properties in Links Drive, Christchurch. Firefighters quickly got to work extinguishing the fire using 2 hose reel jets and then requested the Aerial Ladder Platform from Westbourne in order to thoroughly inspect the properties to ensure their safety. Once the incident was fully dealt with and scene considered safe to leave, the crews then proceeded to issue safety advice to surrounding neighbours.
