My name is Hamish and I have been a firefighter for 20 years. I am originally from Birmingham but have worked in the Wiltshire area for most of my fire service career. Even after such a long time, I genuinely still enjoy my job, which is a credit to the many people I have worked with over the years and the variety this career entails.
My hobbies include running, walking, music (playing and listening) and football (just watching, preferably with a beer). Other topics close to my heart are matters that affect ethnic minority groups and neuro-diverse people.
