Annual workforce equality reports

People are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to have a diverse workforce that truly reflects our local communities so we can provide them with the best service possible.

Analysing our staff data is important, because it helps us understand which voices we are missing and what barriers we need to remove to ensure that everyone has equal access of opportunity to join DWFRS.

As part of our public sector equality duty, we are also required to publish equality information at least annually.

Please use the arrows to ‘flip’ the report’s pages, the zoom options below the document to maximise your view and the ‘x’ to the right to view full screen. The settings cog on the far right allows you to view as single pages and to turn off the sound.

You can also view or download the annual workforce equality report 2024-25 from a pdf file.

Our previous annual workforce equality reports for 2023-24, 2022-232021-22, 2020-21, and 2019-20 are also available to view or download.
