One of the highlights of the upcoming Platinum Jubilee celebrations for HM The Queen will be the lighting of beacons on 2 June.
This will be the first community event within the four day Jubilee programme, and full details can be found at www.queensjubileebeacons.com
There is also a detailed event guide, which can be downloaded by anyone planning to light a beacon.
