On-line registration and ticket sales now open for Emergency Services Show

Date: 26th June, 2017

Registration is now open for this year’s Emergency Services Show, which is being held on Sunday 3 September at its new home of Cotswold Airport.

Exhibitors, traders and charities are invited to request stalls at the event, which attracts thousands of people from Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and further afield.

There is a charge for commercial traders, but charities and non-commercial exhibitors can attend for free – visit www.emergencyservicesshow.com to find out more and register your interest.

On-line ticket sales for the Show are also now open, allowing people to get their tickets in advance and use the fast track gate on the day. Admission prices have been held at the same level as 2015 – £6 for adults, £3 for children under 16, and free for children under three.

Tickets can be bought via www.emergencyservicesshow.com

The Emergency Services Show is organised by a charitable trust and supported by Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, Wiltshire Police and South Western Ambulance Service.

All profits are ploughed into supporting charities that work with the emergency services and running the next event, and the 2015 Show saw a total of £35,000 donated to good causes.

Chairman of the organisers, Chris Harvey, said: “Having not been able to run a Show in 2016, we are delighted to be back this year with a fantastic new venue at Cotswold Airport. We always say that the Show is a chance for people to meet their emergency services without having an emergency first, and it is also a superb showcase for the many charitable organisations that support the work of the emergency services, from blood bikes to air ambulances, and from search & rescue teams to volunteer trauma doctors.”

The Emergency Services Show will be open from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 3 September. The event is made possible by the support of sponsors including Vodafone, Grist Environmental, Cotswold Airport, Sam FM and Digitickets.
