Facebook Live event for Control recruitment

Date: 9th April, 2021

Anyone interested in becoming a Control Centre Operator with Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service can find out more at a special Facebook Live event being held on Thursday 15 April.

This will be the one of several live Q&A held on the Service’s Facebook page @DWFireRescue – while previous sessions have supported the recruitment of on-call and wholetime firefighters, this event will focus on the upcoming recruitment process for Control Centre Operators, due to start on Monday 19 April.

Anyone wishing to apply can take this opportunity to ask questions and get signposted to further information.

The Service will be going live from the Service Control Centre in Potterne at 6.30pm on Thursday 15 April and can be watched by visiting: www.facebook.com/DWFireRescue

There is already a lot of detail on the Service website and frequently asked questions have been answered on our FAQs page.
