Description: Crews from Andover and Ludgershall attended a 3 vehicle RTC this morning with 1 person still trapped in one of the vehicles when crews arrived on scene. Using Hydraulic cutting equipment and small tools, crews successfully extricated the person out of the vehicle where they were then left in paramedics care.
