Description: Just after 4am this morning we received several calls to a hotel fire on St Michael's Road, Bournemouth. A total of 9 fire engines and special appliances attended and on arrival found the building being evacuated. The fire was located on the top floor of a 4 storey hotel and was extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel. Firefighters rescued 1 person from the hotel, and led 2 further guests to safety. The fire and incident was under control by 05:35. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
