Description: Two fire engines, from Lyme Regis and Charmouth, were called at 8.48pm to reports a leaking gas main just off Pound Street in Lyme Regis. Firefighters worked with the local gas board and Dorset Police to ensure the safety of all, while the gas leak was dealt with.
A small number of properties were evacuated to ensure resident safety. The stop message was received at 11.06pm, the incident was handed over to the gas board and all residents were able to return home.
