Description: 1:57pm - Our crew from Shaftesbury have been called to a bonfire believed to be out of control on Ludwell Hill, Shaftesbury. On arrival crews found a controlled burn that was burning down quicker than expected but has not yet spread beyond control. As the fire is between 2 properties, firefighters are using a hose reel jet to dampen the surrounding area to allow the fire to burn down in a safe manner and will be staying in attendance to supervise until safe to leave.
