Description: This morning we took a call from an alarm receiving centre, stating a fire alarm had activated in a domestic property that they monitor. When crews arrived, they investigated and discovered the alarm was caused by a small fire on the kitchen hob involving a wooden chopping board. Crews extinguished and removed the chopping board from the property.
