Description: Firefighters were called to reports of a fire involving a vacant property. Crews from Christchurch (x2), Redhill Park, Westbourne, Poole, Springbourne, New Milton (Hampshire & Isle of Wight FRS) as well as the aerial ladder platform from Westbourne and a command unit from Hamworthy attended.
Four breathing apparatus wearers used two main lines, two hose reel jets and the aerial ladder platform to extinguish. The incident was scaled back, and our stop came in at 9.37pm. No casualties have been reported, and a reinspection was carried out this morning (28 November).
The cause is being investigated.
