Description: Several calls were received reporting a caravan on fire on the driveway of a property in Christchurch. Crews from Christchurch and Springbourne were quickly in attendance and found the caravan to be well alight. Firefighters used two main jets, a hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to extinguished the fire, but the caravan was totally destroyed. An area of nearby fencing was also damaged by fire. Some gas cylinders which were inside the caravan were cooled down using a hose reel, until they were safe.
