Description: We were called to Lake Pier, off Lake Drive, Poole at 1.13am this morning (19 August) for a sailing vessel well alight. Two crews attended, from Poole and Hamworthy, but crews were unable to tackle the fire as the vessel was some way off shore. A search was made of the shoreline for any potential casualties, and our stop was at 2.20am, with the incident left with the police and Coastguard.
