Barn Fire – Wroughton

Date: 2nd April, 2021

Time: 3:09pm

Description: DWFRS Fire Control received emergency calls notifying us of a fire in a barn on Swindon Road, Wroughton. Crews from Stratton, Westlea, Marlborough and water carrier from Royal Wootton Bassett were mobilised. Crews extinguished 3 bales of hay involved in fire using one hose reel jet and drags. The Fire Service discuss fire prevention measures with the landowner.
