Description: 08:45am - our crew from Swindon Fire Station were called out to a property reporting people trapped inside due to a section of the ceiling collapsing, causing tiles and insulation to block the doorway. Firefighters used small gear to gain access to the property and clear the exit, also carrying out a safe & well check to ensure no further escalation.
