If you would like to request a free Home Fire Safety Visit, or if you know someone who may benefit from one, please complete the form below.
The form contains several questions. Please provide as much information as possible, as this enables us to assess the fire risks and prioritise visits for those who are most at risk.
If you are submitting the form on behalf of another person, please include both your contact details and those of the occupier. This information assists us in making contact if required, or in arranging a joint visit where appropriate.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or postpone a scheduled visit. Should this occur, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and arrange an alternative appointment.
