Description: Trowbridge - Fire Control received a call reporting a property fire involving a cooker with one occupant still inside the property. Crews from Trowbridge, Bradford-On-Avon and Westbury were mobilised to the incident. Whilst still on the call it was confirmed that the occupant was now out of the property but had sustained burns to their foot. On arrival of the first crew it was confirmed there was no fire but the occupant had received burns from oil from a frying pan. Oncoming appliances were stood down and made available for further fire calls. Trowbridge crew provided 1st aid and provided until an ambulance arrived. The casualty was then conveyed to hospital.
