Service Improvement

Responsible for coordinating improvements to our internal performance management arrangements, including alignment to partner strategic plans and the development of a comprehensive evaluation framework. Strategic lead for Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services.

Also leading on coordinating work through the South West Emergency Services Collaborative Partnership (SWESCP).

Strategic Planning & Knowledge Management
