Description: M4 Junction 16 Swindon roundabout - Crews from Swindon and Royal Wootton Bassett released one casualty from a vehicle after a two vehicle road traffic collision. Holmatro cutting equipment was used to do this. The casualty was then handed over to the care of the ambulance service.
