Residential Fire – Norwich Avenue, Bournemouth

Time: 7:14pm

Description: 7:14pm - We received a call from an automated fire alarm that turned out to be a live fire at a property in Norwich Avenue, Bournemouth. Crews from Westbourne and Springbourne were first to the scene after the alarm came in and found the property to contain a kitchen fire with people still in the building, and so crews from Redhill, Poole and Christchurch also responded. Firefighters used 2 breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to make their way inside and tackle the fire, their quick actions preventing the incident from escalating and anyone from being harmed.
