Description: We were called at 3.25pm today (19 June) to Longfleet Road, Poole to reports of a property fire. Crews from Poole (x2), Hamworthy, Westbourne, Springbourne and Redhill Park alongside the aerial ladder platform from Westbourne and a water carrier from Poole are currently in attendance. Four breathing apparatus wearers are using two hose reel jets and two main lines to extinguish.
No casualties have been reported.
A section of the road is currently closed near Green Park.
Update 7:20pm
The fire has now been extinguished and the incident has been scaled back to two fire engines, one water carrier and the aerial ladder platform to continue to dampen down. One lane of the road is due to be re-opened shortly.
