Description: One pump from Blandford was mobilised to a report of a fire in the open near to some properties on Salisbury Road, Blandford Forum. Due to an increase in the number of calls received, and further information suggesting that a premises had become involved, a second pump was mobilised to assist. On arrival crews found that there was a wheelie bin well alight which had caused slight damage to the guttering of a neighbouring property. A full inspection of the affected property was carried out to ensure thee was no fire spread. The fire was extinguished using two breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and a thermal imaging camera.
