Description: In the early hours of this morning a member of the public reported seeing grass alight near to Monkey's Jump Roundabout. Crews from Dorchester Fire Station sped to the scene where an area of grass approximately 5m x 5m was alight. The fire was extinguished using 2 hose reel jets and hay drags. The cause of the fire was believed to be self-ignition.
