Description: Portland - Multiple crews from various fire stations were mobilised to a report of a fire in the cell of a Youth offenders institute on Portland. Portland fire station booked in attendance and confirmed the fire, located in the cell was extinguished prior to arrival of the service by onsite staff. All oncoming appliances were stood down from the incident.
