Fire Domestic – Banks Road, Poole

Description: At 11:32 this morning fire control were alerted to reports of a fire on the second floor of a five storey building. 7 Fire Engines, an Aerial Ladder Platform and a Command Support Unit were mobilised from Poole (x2) Westbourne (x2) Hamworthy, Redhill Park, Springbourne, Westbourne, Swanage and Christchurch. This was a fire in the kitchen which was extinguished using 6 Breathing Apparatus Wearers, 1 Main Jet, 1 Hose Reel Jet and Positive Pressure Ventilation.
