Description: Just before 7.30pm this evening Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service received a report of a cooker fire in a block of flats on Norwich Avenue West, Bournemouth. Fire engines from Westbourne and Springbourne Fire Stations attended. Crews extinguished the fire by isolating the cooker and removing it from the property, and made the scene safe. The incident was under control by 7.40pm
