Crews from Sturminster Newton and Sherborne were mobilised to a static caravan fire. Two firefighters in breathing apparatus tackled the blaze using a hose reel jet, working quickly to prevent further spread.
Sherborne’s crew established a water supply, relaying from a nearby hydrant to ensure an effective response. Once the fire was under control, crews remained on scene to dampen down and check for hot spots, ensuring the fire was fully extinguished. Thankfully no casualties were reported
