Description: 5:51pm - Crews from Westbourne and Poole were called to a sighting of smoke at Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, Poole. When the crews arrived they found a large area of gorse alight and requested backup from 2 further appliances from Poole Fire Station. Firefighters worked quickly and effectively to surround the 25meter blaze to contain it from spreading any further, and are continuing to dampen the area until safe.
