Description: Swindon - Control received a call from an automatic alarm Centre at 10.33 this morning reporting an alarm activation. On arrival, a crew from Swindon found that there had been a small bin fire that was out on arrival. The crew assessed the scene and used air monitoring equipment to ensure the occupant's safety. The crews believed the fire was caused by a cigarette. Please make sure all cigarettes are fully extinguished.
