Description: At 02:27 we received a call from Dorset Police reporting a road traffic collision resulting in a single vehicle being on its side. One fire engine from each of Maiden Newton and Dorchester fire stations were mobilised to investigate. Once in attendance the crew found a van was on its side with one person inside was unable to get out. The crews stabilised the vehicle before using a ladder to help free the occupant of the vehicle, who was treated by South Western Ambulance Service.
