False alarm (good intent) – Bournemouth

Date: 6th January, 2023

Time: 12.55pm

Description: Bournemouth - crews from Springbourne, Westbourne and Redhill Park fire stations attended a report of a car with smoke coming from under the bonnet off St Paul's Road.  Firefighters gained access to the engine compartment using small tools and, fortunately, the car was overheated, rather than on fire.  Advice was given to the owner.
