Description: 6.25pm - crews from Stratton, Swindon and Westlea were called to Hillmead Industrial Estate in Swindon due to a large smoke plume coming from a ventilation duct on the roof of one of the units. An arial ladder platform was used to reach the roof and investigate, which found the large volume of smoke to be a result of a generator overheating. Power was isolated and cooling tests conducted until the generator could be deemed safe, preventing escalation.
