Description: Firefighters from Poole, Blandford, Wimborne, Christchurch plus a water carrier and pumping appliance from Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service attended a fire on Canford Heath Poole. On arrival an area of approximately 150m x 20m was well alight. Firefighters extinguished the fire using 1 mainline, 1 hose reel jet and water from the Ringwood water carrier. As summer approaches and the weather is getting warmer please be aware of the risk of fire spread in outdoor areas.
