Description: At 18:05 Saturday 30th January Fire Control received a call from the Police to a car stuck in flood water with 2 people unable to get to safety. Fire engines from Sturminster Newton and Shaftesbury Fire Stations with specialist wading teams attended the incident and assisted the people stuck inside the car to dry land. Highways were also requested to ensure road closure signs were put up to ensure cars didnt enter the flood water
