Description: At 0827 hours, Fire Control received a request from the Ambulance Service to assist them at a premises off Norton Road, Sutton Veny, where they needed to remove a patient from a property. One pump from Warminster was mobilised to the address and assisted Ambulance crews with removing an elderly casualty from the first floor to the ground floor of the property using a vacuum stretcher.
