Description: AT 08:33 this morning, Fire Control received multiple reports of a property fire with possible persons still inside in West Street, Broadwindsor. We mobilised crews from Beaminster, Bridport, Crewkerne, along with an ALP and support pump from Yeovil Fire Station as we had several reports of the roof being involved in fire. 10 Minutes after receiving the first call, Beaminster were in attendance and confirmed all persons to be accounted for, but requested the attendance of 4 more appliances due to the roof being well alight. At the height of the incident, we had 8 Pumping appliances, 1 ALP and several officers. These were all from Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport x2, Dorchester, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Chard. Crews are remaining on scene for the afternoon continuing to dampen down and work alongside Fire Investigation. Many Thanks to Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue for assisting us with resources at the incident.
