Fire Domestic – Shrewton

Description: 02:11 Crews from Amesbury and Trowbridge were mobilised to Fleming farm, Shrewton due to a fire. This started off as a chimney fire but flames were issuing in the kitchen. When crews arrived at the scene they identified the fire to be involving the log burner aga, fire located in the aga flue. Crews removed contents from aga and dismantled to allow access to flue. Crews used stirrup pump and rods to extinguish fire.
