Description: Poole - numerous calls reporting a vehicle fire on Clarence Road were received in the Service Control Centre and a crew from @DWFRSPooleFire proceeded. On arrival the vehicle was well alight and was extinguished using hose reel jets by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus. A small quantity of fuel entered a drain as a result of the incident and the Environment Agency was informed. The incident was brought under control just before 5 o'clock but the crew remained in attendance damping down and ensuring scene safety for some time.
