Description: A crew from Poole were mobilised by Control to Tree Hamlets, Upton, Poole where a member of public reported seeing smoke coming from the pavement near a water meter. The crew investigated and believed this was an underground electrical fire. The Water Authority and Electricity board were requested and the incident was handed over to both utilities.
