Academic requirements

At the initial stage of the recruitment process, we will ask you to sit online tests. These include a Situational Judgement Test and Behavioural Style Questionnaire, which will be completed at home. Please use the links to find out more about what these tests involve.

We will also need you to provide evidence that you can work to a Level 2 or above. If you cannot provide evidence,  your application can be progressed by sitting our online tests in English, Maths and Mechanical. Please click the below links to take the sample tests:

If you already have GCSEs in English and Maths (A*-C or 9-4), Level 2 qualifications or any form of degree, you will not need to sit the online ability tests in this recruitment process.
