Smell of Gas – Sherborne

Description: Two pumps from Sherborne and the Environment Protection Unit (plus support pump) from Gillingham were mobilised to a smell of gas coming from an Aga in a property on Honeycombe Rise, Sherborne. Crews carried out ventilation and isolation of gas services and the specialist appliance and support pump from Gillingham were stood down. Incident left with homeowner awaiting arrival of Transco.
