RTC Scene Safety – A30, Shaftesbury Road, West Stour

Date: 11th January, 2020

Time: 6:58pm

Description: A crew from Shaftesbury Fire Station have attended to a road traffic collision on the A30, Shaftesbury Road, West Stour. Upon arrival, the crew found two vehicles involved in the collision, however there were no serious injuries to the drivers or passengers involved. One of the vehicles involved was left on its side following the collision and the crew used a winch, strops and ground anchors to up-wright the vehicle onto its four wheels. Police and Ambulance were also in attendance dealing with scene safety and casualty care for those involved in the incident.
