Road Traffic Collision – A354 Handley Hill Roundabout, Sixpenny Handley

Description: Crews from Verwood and Blandford Fire Station as well as a technical rescue crew from Poole Fire Station attended to a road traffic collision on the A354 Handley Hill Roundabout, Sixpenny Handley. Upon arrival, the crews found a vehicle towing a trailer with livestock in it had turned over. An additional trailer was sourced by the owner to transfer the livestock. Four cows were safely removed from the overturned trailer into the new trailer, with no injuries sustained. Crews used Stabfast (vehicle stabilisation equipment), hydraulic rescue equipment and smalls tools.
